How you will contribute to our success

This team’s mission is to uphold one of our core promises to Hosts: providing the most intuitive and user-friendly Property Management System for small Hosts. This means creating and maintaining a seamless experience for them to:
- Connect their Vacation Rental properties to multiple OTA Channels.
- Monitor bookings and pricing
- Communicate effortlessly with guests.
Simply put, we aim to make their journey as smooth and straightforward as possible.
As a Full Stack Engineer in this team, you will tackle challenges such as:
- Collaborating with Product, Design, and Host Relations teams to identify and address pain points in our application, devising practical solutions to improve the user experience.
- Developing new Host-to-Guest communication tools that enable Hosts to interact with their Guests in any language and on any device they prefer.
- Iterating and experimenting on the new user onboarding experience to ensure Hosts quickly fall in love with our platform.
- Writing clean, high-quality, maintainable code.
- Conducting code reviews and engaging in pair programming with fellow engineers to share knowledge and develop new skills.
- Implementing and improving our Testing Strategy through Unit, Integration, and Functional testing.
