How you will contribute to our success
Utilize your business development expertise to deliver first-class support for our customers around the world. As our product grows, we will create a user experience superior to the tourism industry standard. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world. You, as part of our Sales & Service team, will interact with prospects and existing customers to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. Your goal is to convert users in Free Trial (inbound leads) to engage with the software and help them in their buying decision. Similarly, you will assist existing (paying) users with leveraging the product to the best extent possible in order to maximize value and profit from it. 
All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding service, we will build a state-of-the-art sales and service department at Smoobu!
You will thrive in this role if you
  • Have high proficiency in French. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, German, Spanish, or Portuguese, at a professional level would be advantageous.
  • Are comfortable troubleshooting technical issues and providing product support that often involves understanding integrations, APIs, and other technical aspects of our SaaS platform
  • Already have experience in a customer-facing position and enjoy interacting with people
  • Are comfortable helping customers navigate our product
  • Are a natural people-person with outstanding communication skills
  • Come with flexibility, honesty and attention-to-detail
  • Possess the skills and desire to master the art of consultative selling
