How you will contribute to our success
This is a unique opportunity to join Smoobu as our first Marketing Partnerships & Ambassador Manager, where you’ll take the lead in building and scaling our ambassador and marketing partnerships program from scratch. You'll be the connector between our brand and the vibrant community of ambassadors, industry experts, customers (hosts) and partners who love what we do - and want to share it.

You will:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard new brand ambassadors and like-minded partners who align with our mission and audience. Ambassadors might be our customers (hosts), industry experts or business partners
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with existing ambassadors and partners - ensuring they feel valued, supported, and excited to collaborate
- Provide partners with marketing materials, creative assets, and campaign toolkits to help them promote authentically and effectively
- Plan and execute cross-promotional campaigns, including co-created content, giveaways, sneak peeks, and product exclusives
- Organize virtual and in-person ambassador events that build loyalty and celebrate our community
- Manage ambassador perks and incentive structures to drive engagement and long-term retention
- Be the structured point of contact for all things marketing partnerships - tracking performance, setting expectations, and knowing when to push back or realign priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to bring ideas to life and ensure brand consistency
