How you will contribute to our success
This is a 1-year fixed-term position to cover parental leave.
Join Smoobu as Paid Marketing Associate (Parental Leave Cover – 1 Year) and take initiative and make meaningful contributions to our global performance marketing activities, You will be helping Smoobu to grow its subscribers base and will be developing your hard and soft skills as a performance marketer by working in such fascinating areas as:
- Campaign Execution and Optimization: Take ownership/assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads and other relevant channels.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Creative Input: Contribute to the creation of compelling ad copy and visual content for marketing campaigns.
You will thrive in this role if you
- Have been able to gather first hands-on experiences with paid advertising and platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads etc.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. It is preferred that you have some experience working with Business Intelligence platforms such as Power BI, Superset, Tableau etc.
- Are detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Are dependable, hands-on, and take initiative without needing constant direction
- Bring focus and clarity to your work while keeping solutions practical
- Feel energised by a dynamic, ever-changing environment and can prioritize effectively
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other European language would be a plus.
- Have an affinity with the SaaS industry. Experience with short-term and vacation rentals is a big plus but not required.
