How you will contribute to our success
This is a great opportunity to join Smoobu and shape the future of our social media efforts. You’ll take the lead in building and scaling our social media strategy along our main profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) You’ll play a pivotal role and be instrumental in showcasing Smoobu on the market, create a community and drive engagement. With this role you’ll interact with many stakeholders like our Managing Directors, People, Sales and more. You will also support our many initiatives in content production in one of our core languages (German, English, French, Spanish, Italian).

You will:
- Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy tailored to each platform, aligning with Smoobu’s overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Identify growth opportunities across all existing social media channels through ongoing analysis and platform-specific research.
- Position our Managing Directors as industry thought leaders by creating strategic, engaging content for their LinkedIn profiles that reinforces Smoobu’s authority in the vacation rental space.
- Own the end-to-end social media planning process by maintaining and executing a strategic social media calendar that balances brand messaging, audience engagement, and campaign goals.
- Continuously monitor social media performance through analytics dashboards, extract insights, and optimize content and strategies accordingly.
- Produce compelling, SEO-optimized content to support broader content marketing initiatives, driving organic traffic and increasing brand visibility across digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with the Design Team to create visually cohesive and impactful social content that supports campaign goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, People, and Leadership to align social and content strategies with company-wide priorities, ensuring consistency in voice, tone, and branding.
