How you will contribute to our success
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive People Operations Intern to join our team and help us take the employee experience to the next level. From welcoming our newest Smoobies to driving engagement and supporting broader HR initiatives, you’ll play a key role in shaping our culture.
This is a 6-month, full-time internship with the possibility of a permanent contract.
- Onboarding & Offboarding
Support the full employee journey — from preparing employee handbooks and coordinating onboarding to ensuring smooth offboarding processes. - Culture & Team Engagement
Plan team-building activities, celebrate milestones, and bring creative ideas to foster an inclusive, connected workplace. - HR Projects & Operations
Contribute to HR projects in areas like data analytics, process improvements, reporting, and documentation. You’ll also support day-to-day HR operations. - Initiative & Impact
Proactively suggest and implement HR initiatives that strengthen collaboration and improve the overall employee experience.
You will thrive in this role if you
- Love working with people and enjoy creating simple, user-friendly processes that boost motivation and productivity
- Have strong communication skills in English (German is a big plus!)
- Have completed a degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or a related field, and are available to commit to a 40h/week internship
- Have previous internship or work experience, ideally in HR
- Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and have a growth mindset
- Can work independently, take initiative, and bring a can-do attitude to a variety of tasks
- Are reliable, hands-on, and eager to learn in a hybrid work environment
- Are eager to learn and implement smarter ways of working with AI and automation.
