How you will contribute to our success

From your first day, you will have the space to take initiative, make meaningful contributions, and help drive us forward as a team. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world. You, as part of our Host Relations team, will interact with prospects to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. 

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding sales, we will build a state-of-the-art sales department at Smoobu!

  • You’ll specialize in the art of the "win-back," re-engaging former clients and showing them exactly why Smoobu is their best partner.
  • You’ll proactively reach out to existing clients to ensure they’re thriving and committed to a long-term partnership.

  • You take pride in a clean CRM and a steady flow. You’ll manage your pipeline with precision, hitting monthly quotas while keeping the human connection

  • You’ll identify opportunities to upsell and add value, turning satisfied users into power users.
  • You’ll channel direct customer feedback to our Product Team,  shaping the future of the Smoobu 

You will thrive in this role if you

  • 1+ years of sales experience with proven inside sales experience.
  • You’re a natural people-person. Whether it’s a quick email or a deep-dive phone call, your verbal and written communication is empathetic, and professional.
  • You have a genuine desire to master Consultative Selling. You don’t just want to "sell"—you want to advise, solve problems, and become a trusted resource for our hosts.
  • You’re comfortable navigating a CRM and have a passion for the SaaS or TravelTech world.
  • You are highly proficient in German. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese, at a professional level would be advantageous.
