How you will contribute to our success

From your first day, you will have the space to take initiative, make meaningful contributions, and help drive us forward as a team. With our modern technology supporting homeowners, we are looking for you to be the human connection to our product and deliver effective solutions that satisfy our clients around the world. You, as part of our Host Relations team, will interact with prospects to ensure they have the best possible experience using Smoobu. 

All in all, it’s about people and with your help and passion for outstanding sales, we will build a state-of-the-art sales department at Smoobu!

  • Re-engage existing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and continued partnership.
  • Close deals and achieve monthly quotas as well as keep a well organized and maintained pipeline.
  • Have a clear understanding of the product and provide an above the expectations quality of service to be able to upsell products and services.
  • Channel customer feedback to the product team and shape the future of the Smoobu solution.
  • Proactively improve processes for you and your team.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
You will thrive in this role if you
  • 2+ years of sales experience with proven inside sales experience.
  • Are a natural people-person with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess strong skills and desire to master the art of consultative selling, especially on the phone.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience working with Pipedrive or similar CRM as well as SaaS sales or travel tech is a plus.
  • High proficiency in German. Proficiency in a second European language, such as English, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese, at a professional level would be advantageous.
