From day one, you’ll have the space to take initiative, make real contributions, and help move our Partnership team and product forward. We’re looking for a hands-on, structured, and strategically minded Technical Partner Manager to act as the interface between our Global Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams, and to help scale our partner ecosystem in a sustainable and high-quality way.
Partnership Strategy & Technical Ownership: Contribute to the strategic development of Smoobu’s partner ecosystem by providing technical validation and API-level insights that support OTA relationships (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, VRBO) and the expansion of partner integrations and the expansion of the Add-on offering (partner integrations and additional product capabilities), including go-to-market readiness and monetization feasibility.
Technical Partner Interface & Ownership: Own partner-related technical topics and act as the primary interface between the Partnerships team and Product & Engineering, ensuring clear translation of technical needs, issues, and requirements.
Technical Support & Integration Success: Support complex and escalated partner integrations, ensure high-quality implementation, and turn recurring issues into scalable, long-term solutions.
Product & Platform Contribution: Provide structured partner-driven insights to product teams, contributing to roadmap discussions, prioritization, and continuous platform improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster close relationships with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and other relevant teams to understand partner and customer challenges, improve workflows, and drive initiatives for product enhancements and improvements.
Operational Excellence & Scalability: Implement clear processes, documentation, and best practices to enable efficient partner integrations and sustainable growth.
